ONCE A MONTH WE HAVE AN OLDFASHION "SINGSPIRATION" JUST LIKE IN THE OLD DAYS. THIS MONTH WE ARE FEATURING THE "SOUTHRIDGE QUARTET". OF COURSE, THE PERALES FAMILY OPENS WITH EVERYONE ON STAGE, INCLUDING OUR GRANDKIDS. THE KITCHEN AND COFFEE BAR ARE ALWAYS OPEN. DOORS OPEN AT 5:30 AND DINNER IS READY BY 6:00.
